Refund policy

No refunds. We will exchange your item if it arrives damaged if we are notified within 24 hours after receiving item. With damages, pictures must be provided.

Exchanges will be excepted only for the same item if it is defective or damaged. If item is not available, you may choose another of equal value if in stock. You would need to send us an email at misscassandra1@icloud.com. You will be responsible for shipping cost to return your item and is non-refundable. If you do return your item, we suggest using a tracking shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your item.
